The History
We opened our doors for the first time in 2012 with intent of offering our guests an unrivalled experience in luxury and comfort.
In line with our policy of conducting advance market entry research before setting foot in a new market, we engaged a research consultant to conduct an independent intensive advance market assessment and a comprehensive feasibility study to enable us examine the potential market entries with great care.
The research also known as the “de-risking process” included a thorough on-site research along with an assessment of all modalities involved in doing business at the proposed location. The team of consultants analyzed all aspects relevant to operations, such as purchasing, sales and marketing terrain, competitor analysis, human resources and logistics challenges. In light of the foregoing, a decision was made to enter into a new market based on the results of this study, displaying perfect instincts.
